Piotr Snochowski trained as a confectioner at the age of 17 and has spent over twenty years perfecting the craft. From the mountains of Jelenia Góra to the slopes of the Italian Dolomites, his desserts are shaped by precision, seasonal ingredients, and a deep respect for both classic technique and modern presentation.
He has worked as the sole pastry chef at four-star hotels in Poland and Italy, running full dessert menus and buffets independently — from daily breakfast pastries to à la carte fine dining desserts.
